Past Projects
OUT THERE TOGETHER CIC
Proudly providing space for better representation and connection across Exeter's LGBTQIA+ community.

Young Person's Day
October 2024 and 2025
Following the success of 2024's Young Person’s Day: Heartstopper at Out There Queer Fest, Out There and Exeter Library brought back Young Person’s Day for 2025, with a new theme Rising Icons - loosely based on K-Pop: Demon Hunters. Our Young Person's Day is an annual celebration for LGBTQIA+ young people and friends.
We provide a welcoming space where young people can make new friends, get creative and take part in a mix of activities. Our highlights includes previewing the premier of Heartstopper Season 3 and hosting an open mic stage.
2025 Young Person’s Day was awarded a Places To Go, Things To Do grant by Devon County Council’s Young Council. Click here to read our YPD'25 report.

Exeter Pride'25
Accessibility Pride | May 2025
In partnership with Reach Out, and in collaboration with Exeter Pride, Teignbridge Community Project, SafeBreaks, Sing and Sign Jukebox, and Excel–Exeter.
We provided an inclusive, fun, and safe space for LGBTQ+ individuals with disabilities and neurodivergence to come together for three hours of fun activities and performances. The aim was to break down barriers, challenge misconceptions, and ensure greater representation of LGBTQ+ individuals with disabilities, empowering them to engage in social activities and build a stronger, more inclusive community.
The legacy of this project is that Exeter Pride will be creating an Accessibility Committee along with continuing to provide a space for people with accessibility needs at Exeter Pride in 2026.
