The inaugural Out There Queer Fest, proudly presented by Out There, took place from September 20th to October 6th, 2024, celebrating queer culture, creativity, and community. Out There Queer Fest was the South West's first queer fringe festival, bringing together national and local talents. The festival showcased an mix of performances, workshops, and events, spanning drag, cabaret, theatre, and more. It amplified queer voices and provided a platform for emerging artists to offer performance, thought-provoking discussions and an unforgettable Extravaganza club night featuring Bimini. Out There Queer Fest is a true celebration of self-expression and pride in all its forms.

OUT THERE QUEER FEST REGISTRATION FORM

We're thrilled you've decided to register for Out There Queer Fest 2026!

You are about to register your interest in taking part in Out There Queer Fest 2026. This registration does not serve as the final agreement or contract.

Before you register, consider the following details:

If your show is selected, Out There Together CIC will feature it at one of our supporting venues - free, as in-kind support! However, you're also welcome to make arrangements to choose an alternative venue.

We offer three payment and ticketing structures/options:

We buy your event by paying a participation fee: in this case, we handle ticket sales and keep all the revenue, or
Split ticket revenue (80/20): you keep 80% of ticket sales, and we take a 20% commission on pre-show sales exceeding £300. You'll keep all door sales revenue
Free events: you may choose to make your show free, in which case there will be no participation fee or revenue involved.

To support the LGBTQIA+ community and queer culture, Out There Together CIC will consider offering fees for events. These events provide a platform for participants to showcase their works and enriches the festival programme. In these cases, Out There Together CIC keep all ticket sales, and offer participants a fair-pay, flat-rate participation fee. Please indicate in your Registration if you would prefer receiving a flat rate guaranteed Participation Fee over receiving Ticket Sales Revenue.

Once your application is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email, and be required to complete a registration contract.

As part of the process the Out There Together CIC team will proof your information, and accept registrations based on consistency and fairness, and if your work, either:

Amplifies LGBTQIA+ voices
Empowers the LGBTQIA+ community
Champions LGBTQIA+ well-being
Enriches Queer culture
