​Following the success of 2024's Young Person’s Day: Heartstopper at Out There Queer Fest, Out There and Exeter Library brought back Young Person’s Day for 2025, with a new theme Rising Icons - loosely based on K-Pop: Demon Hunters. Our Young Person's Day is an annual celebration for LGBTQIA+ young people and friends.

We provide a welcoming space where young people can make new friends, get creative and take part in a mix of activities. Our highlights includes previewing the premier of Heartstopper Season 3 and hosting an open mic stage.

2025 Young Person’s Day was awarded a Places To Go, Things To Do grant by Devon County Council’s Young Council.
